Our clients are deploying AI infrastructure for training and inference. They lease capacity in two ways.
Colocation
Data center space, power and cooling leased to house client-owned servers. Capacity is defined by power: kW per cabinet and MW of critical IT load.

- Wholesale: dedicated suites and data halls
- High-density cabinets, liquid cooling ready (rear-door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip)
- Carrier-neutral connectivity, cross-connects and remote hands
Typically contracted under a multi-year MSA, priced per kW per month plus one-time installation fees.
Bare metal GPU
Dedicated physical GPU servers, owned and operated by the provider and leased to a single tenant. No virtualization layer: full root access and full hardware performance.
- NVIDIA H100, H200, B200 and GB200-class clusters
- InfiniBand or RoCE fabric between nodes
- Provider-managed hardware, power and cooling, backed by an SLA
- Storage and networking sized for training and inference
Typically contracted as reserved capacity for a fixed term, priced per GPU-hour.
